Delivery policy

 

  1. Cupwater door step delivery only valid for Klang Valley in Malaysia. All the orders delivered to you is according to your shipping option. Our minimum delivery quantity is 5 cartons per order. 
  2. We shall aim to let you know if we expect, if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law., we shall not liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising of late delivery.
  3. Any special delivery arrangement will need to call our Logistic Department hotline at 1300 88 1313 for proper procedure of scheduling your desired date.
  4. Any delivery more than level 3 without lift, an additinal charges of RM 0.53/carton will be imposed separately.
  5. You are agree to inspect the goods for any obvious faults. defects or damage before you sign upon collection of goods. You need to keep receipt of the delivered goods in case of future discussions with us.
  6. You must take care when you received and stored the goods. Please do not store your goods in near to strong smell of place and exposed to sunlight. We will not exchange any of the goods which caused by customer's storage problem.
  7. You can check your delivery under the "Manage Order" section. If you order is under the status "Pending" which mean this order is still queuing for processing. If your order is under the status "Processing" which mean this order already printed out and waiting for delivery. If your order is under the status of "Delivered" which mean this order already delivered to you.
